Reflection after the holidays

Now that the holidays and the wonderful bustle that they bring have passed, the usual thing is to review the year that has closed, and outline the objectives for the year that begins.

At MOMU&CO, 2023 was characterized by the opening of the PopUp in Palma de Mallorca . A challenge that required a great effort on the part of our team, but that gave us a wonderful experience, and that left us wanting to repeat it in the near future.

Last year was also characterized by the return of tourism to Barcelona and, with this, we had the pleasant surprise of welcoming back a few of our clients from outside Spain who took advantage of their trip to come visit us again in our atelier.

More recently, we had the opportunity to establish a new collaboration in the city of Bonn, Germany, where we have opened a Corner in the premises of Giovanni Friseur Salon , a high-end hair salon in the heart of this beautiful city, where its clients enjoy a welcoming and family atmosphere, and where beauty, art, fashion, and the talent of its team are the guarantee of a unique experience.

Thanks to these 3 experiences from the 'real' world, already in the last months of last year, we set ourselves the goal for this new year of getting closer to our international clients through the 'virtual' world.

The new website: a process of continuous improvement

This is how we embarked on the design of a completely new website, which we published at the beginning of December, with the invitation to our clients to help us make it as user-friendly as possible, and to transmit in the best way the spirit and the values ​​that characterize our brand and our products.

We take this opportunity to offer our sincere thanks to all our clients who responded to that invitation.

We have already implemented many of your suggestions to improve the browsing experience, and we are hard at work on others that we will implement in the near future.

The objective is to gradually but constantly improve our online proposal, so that the visiting and purchasing experience in our e-commerce is as close as possible to the one they can get when they visit us in person.

This naturally includes personalized and direct treatment with each of our clients. In addition to the classic email form and direct messages on our Instagram and Facebook profiles, we have implemented direct contact via WhatsApp Business (+34930007135) that our clients can use in a simple and intuitive way to ask us their questions or comments, and that we will respond to the diligence that characterizes us.

The same approach of continuous improvement applies to the range of products we offer in our online store. We have chosen to publish the website without all the products we offer in our atelier, but we will add more and more, until we ensure that whoever visits us online can see absolutely everything they can get in our atelier; including those Unique Pieces, or those Limited Editions, that are born from the inspiration of Monica, our designer, and that until now we only offered 'offline' in our atelier in Barcelona.

Always something new

For all these reasons, we want to invite you to visit our website regularly. You will be able to see more and more products in the different collections, both our classics (which in this first phase are not yet on the website) as well as new models that we will be proposing over the course of the year, discover those Unique Pieces that we mentioned above, and go verifying the improvements that we will implement in our online store.

Furthermore, we would love for you to be active participants, if you are not already, in this process of continuous improvement of our proposal.

Your participation and collaboration are invaluable to us, and are part of the reasons why we love doing what we do.
