How long will it take to receive my purchase at MOMU&CO?

We are artisans and our products are handmade and customizable. This means that we may need time to complete the product you have purchased especially for you.

Products that are in stock are generally delivered to the shipping service within 24 to 48 hours.

If you have requested product customization, we may need up to 1 week to have it ready.

From the moment we ship, the time it will take to receive your new MOMU&CO will depend on your location and the shipping method you have chosen.

  • Nationwide, shipping usually takes between 24 and 48 hours.
  • At European level it usually takes between 1 and 4 days.
  • For extra-EU shipments, the time is usually 1 week.

Can I choose the delivery method?

Yeah! Depending on your location, during the purchasing process you will be presented with different shipping options, so you can select the one that best suits your preferences.

What does the shipping cost cover?

The shipping costs shown in your order cover all transportation costs to the delivery address you entered.

However, these costs do NOT cover any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be required by the Customs Service of your country of residence to authorize the entry of your purchase into the country. These depend on your country's import policies and are completely beyond the control of both us and the shipping company.

If your country's Customs Service requires payment of import taxes, duties, or fees, the shipping company will contact you directly to inform you and coordinate payment of these costs so that Customs can authorize the import of your purchase and the shipping company can complete the delivery.

What happens if my purchase at MOMU&CO does not arrive?

First, it is very important that when placing the order, you verify that the delivery address is correct and that it has all the data that the transport service will need to make the delivery.

Additionally, once your order has been delivered to the transport service, we will send to your contact data (email or telephone) a message with the departure notice and (whenever available) the shipment number so that you can track the transport directly with the transportation service.

If possible, coordinate the delivery day and time directly with the transportation service, so that it is more effective for you and them.
