Can I cancel my purchase at MOMU&CO?
Of course! At any time during the purchasing process, you can change your mind and cancel the transaction.
Even if you have already completed the payment, you can always change your mind. In this case, contact us through one of our channels (email, WhatsApp, or telephone) and request the cancellation of the order.
To do this we only need you to provide us with the details of the order you have placed.
Until when can I cancel my purchase at MOMU&CO?
Cancellations are possible depending on 1 of these 2 conditions:

Your purchase at MOMU&CO is for a product in stock.
- In this case, cancellation is possible as long as we have not already shipped out your order.
- If your order is already on its way, you must request a return once you have received it.

Your purchase at MOMU&CO is a personalized product.
- In this case, cancellation is possible as long as we have not already customized your product.
Does canceling my purchase at MOMU&CO have a cost?
No. If the order has been paid for, but we have not carried out the customization or shipping, we will refund your purchase in full.
How long does the refund take?
If the conditions for canceling your purchase are within the cases specified above, we will immediately refund the payment.
However, depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few days for it to appear in your account.
Can I return my purchase at MOMU&CO?
Of course! If once you have received your order, you want to return it, you just have to contact us through one of our channels (email, WhatsApp or phone) and we will coordinate your return with you.
What conditions apply to make the return?
- The product must be in perfect conditions, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The product has not been personalized for you.
- The product is not on sales.
- The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

How long do I have to request a return of my purchase at MOMU&CO?
You can contact us requesting a return up to 30 days after the date of the order confirmation email.
What will be the amount of the refund and how will the payment be made?
Once we have received the returned product and have verified that the conditions indicated above are respected, we will refund the full value of the product.
The costs of initial shipping of the product are excluded from the refund.
We will make the refund through a refund for the payment method you used for the purchase.
Or, if you prefer, we can issue a coupon in your favor for the value of the returned product, so that you can use it on a next purchase.
What happens if what I want is to change the color of the product or the size?
If the product has not been personalized for you, follow the return instructions that we have set out above.
In this case, once the return conditions have been verified, we will issue a coupon in your favor for the total value of the returned product.
You can use this coupon to make a new purchase of the product in the correct size and/or color, or another product of equal or greater value, if you prefer, paying only the difference between the new value of the order and the coupon received.
What happens if I have received a different product than the one I ordered, or it has arrived damaged, or has a defect?
In any of these cases, all return costs will be borne by us, and we will send you, free of charge, the correct and defect-free product, as long as it is available.
In the event that we cannot replace the product you have purchased, we will immediately proceed to a full refund of your purchase.
