Purchase procedure

The procedure to purchase products through the Website is as follows:

  • Start the process by selecting the variant and quantity of products you want to buy.
  • Next you must press the “Add to cart” button that appears next to each product or one of the express payment options presented: “Buy with ApplePay” or “More payment options”.
    • Pressing “Add to cart” opens a side menu in which you have the option to view the shopping cart, enter special order instructions in a drop-down field or proceed to payment of the order, by pressing the “Pay order” button.
    • By clicking “Buy with ApplePay” start the payment gateway characteristic of this platform, incorporating your ApplePay user data in the order.
    • Clicking “More payment options” opens a window in which you can select the express payment options (ApplePay, PayPal, GooglePay…), or start the payment gateway by inserting your contact information, delivery method and shipping address.
  • By clicking “Pay order” you go to the data collection page, where you can start your session (if you are already registered) or provide the necessary data for the purchase and delivery of your order:
    • Email or contact phone number.
    • Delivery (or pickup) selection.
    • Delivery address.
    • Selection of shipping method.
  • If you have a discount or gift coupon, you must include it in the shopping cart in the link in the space provided for entering the coupon (“Discount code”).
  • In the event that you do not enter the coupon in this space and the order is placed without a discount, you will not be able to claim the application of such discount after the order confirmation.
  • Select one of the following available payment methods and complete the required information:
    • Credit cards.
    • ApplePay
    • PayPal
    • GooglePay
  • Click “Review order” or “Pay” (depending on the payment method selected).

All prices published on the Website, unless expressly indicated otherwise, include the corresponding VAT.

The order will be processed once the full amount has been received and the delivery period communicated to the customer will begin to count from the receipt of the full amount into our account.

MOMU&CO reserves the right to request a copy by email of the card used in the purchase and identity document (Identity card, passport...) of the User to confirm the veracity of the data provided.

Order delivery, cancellations, and refunds

Order delivery

The purchased products will be sent through the courier service you selected when making the online purchase. When placing the order, both the name of the courier company and the costs associated with each order will appear when making the purchase.

For these purposes, it will be necessary to communicate your shipping information to the MOMU&CO collaborating company for the correct completion of the shipment. The transfer, communication and use of these data will be solely to process the shipment of the purchase made on the Website. The costs for incorrectly entering shipping information in the order will be your responsibility.

Delivery of orders will be made to the delivery address freely designated in the purchase form. MOMU&CO will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the data provided for this purpose, as well as in the event that the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the assigned shipping company. for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.

The order will be delivered within 1 to 7 days (for national orders) from the date of order confirmation, and, in the case of international orders, delivery will always be made within thirty (30) calendar days from of the order confirmation date, seeking delivery in the shortest possible time depending on the destination of the shipment.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no cost until the product has been personalized, or the shipment is effective. If we receive cancellation notice once the package has already been shipped, it will be considered a refund.

Refunds

Refunds can be made up to 30 days after order confirmation. Shipping costs resulting from the refund are the responsibility of the customer.

The amount of the product will be refunded in full, as long as the product has previously been returned and received, unused and in perfect conditions, at the atelier. The initial costs of shipping the product are excluded from the refund. The shipping address for refunds is the following: Passeig del Taulat 258, 08019, Barcelona, Spain.

Refunds that arise from an error by MOMU&CO or a product defect are excluded from this case. In such cases, MOMU&CO commits to exchange the defective product for an identical one, as long as it is available. We will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs.

In the event that the replacement cannot be made, the amount will be refunded. To make a return, contact us at hola@momuandco.com.

For size or color changes, you must request the return of the item (which must be returned in perfect conditions). Once the product is received and its conditions are verified, MOMU&CO will issue a coupon in your favor for the value of the purchase made.

You can use this coupon to make a new purchase of the product in the correct size and/or color, or another product of equal or greater value, if you prefer, paying only the difference between the new value of the order and the coupon received.

The deadline for any change is 1 month from the shipping confirmation email.
